I am very happy to announce that the first selection fights of the first German Physicists’ Tournament for Students successfully took place today. All the reports of both selection rounds were on the high level, but the team “HamEr GötEr” managed to overcome their opponents and win the additional +3 points to the score in the final. The second place was taken by the team “0pi The Fringe Scientists”, winning +1 to the score in the final. The “SOUP”, whose performance was ruined by diseases of the members and the lack of time for preparation, was left far beyond, taking the last, but still honorable 3rd place.
I am very happy to congratulate all the participants and I am looking forward to an exciting final tomorrow.
